Doubletree By Hilton Austin Northwest - Arboretum Hotel, Austin

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and super cozy, with nice beds that made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with room service always prompt and housekeeping making sure everything was perfect. The location was a dream, surrounded by lush greenery and not far from the highway, making it a peaceful retreat. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area where I could relax and unwind.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite some minor issues. The location was convenient and had plenty of things to do nearby, but access was a bit challenging. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, but having very small beds was a downside. The dining experience was good overall with a variety of options, although sometimes there were delays. The service was satisfactory with helpful staff.

I had a last-minute room change, but eventually got a clean non-smoking room with 2 comfortable beds just 2 hours before check-out time. The room itself was not exceptional, but it served the purpose during my stay.
